To the dedicated and talented authors who sent us their manuscripts during our 2011 winter submission season, thank you for placing your hope with lil’ old us. We promise and pinky swear that we personally read each and every one.

As labours of love sometimes go more slowly than we’d like, we expect responses to be sent within 6-8 weeks. If you don’t hear from us by then, Tweet us and we’ll look into it.

Because we are authors too, we know all too well how slowly those weeks can go by. Our advice is to keep writing. Whether or not your manuscript is selected to be our 2012 title, your words will go on so keep them flowing, please, for all of us readers out here, waiting.
